A website can most easily be described as a collection of linked pages. These pages represent different information especially to different customers. For example a customer may want a introductory page to explain their site or they may want a product page. In our interview with customers we decide what the goal and purpose a site will have and then what pages a customer wants. The price of the site is defined by the number of pages.
It is our practice to hand administrative control of a site over to a customer once a site is created. With the purchase of a site the customer is entiled to a predefined number of instances in which we will step in and help a customer fix or change something about a site. These instances can be accessed through our support tickets. If there is any problem with a sites functionality then support will be free of charge.
This includes the doman name for up to 3 years for a site up to 15 pages plus 5 support tickets.
With the search engine optimization package, cutomers will have the tools to make their sites go to the top.
This includes the domain name for up to two years for a site up to 10 pages plus 3 support tickets.
A pack of support tickets ensures that a customer is always ready with help.
This includes the domain name rights for a year for a site with up to 5 pages plus 1 support ticket.
If a customer has a problem with their site the support ticket is their golden pass. Help will be on the way!
